POSITIONS: Lead Facilitator OR Assistant Facilitator
Employment Start date: Immediate
Employment Duration: late May-July 2017

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistant Facilitators will support Lead Facilitators in guiding critical conversations for participants of the Summer Institute during daily, 2-hour forums. In these forums, participants will explore their diverse identities and deepen their critical understanding of how their identities inform their practice in education. Assistant Facilitators assist the Lead Facilitator in implementing an interactive curriculum comprised of group activities, guided questions and mini-projects (such as action projects, policy frames, school campaigns, etc.). The curriculum is purposed to complement and enrich participant learning from workshops and plenaries throughout the Institute.

Must be available for several day-long trainings during May-July 2017 and week-long institute July 17-20th7:30 AM – 6PM.
