Mobile Learning Design for Professional Growth  CRN 52066

ORLD 5050 Thursdays 510pm – 650pm

This mobile learning course caters for all students and exposes unique learning opportunities from the most basic of mobile phones, to smart phones of today and tomorrow. This course takes an in-depth look at how to use mobile devices on a micro and macro level for teaching, learning and development. The course also covers the foundational pedagogical and androgical theories for practical applications. No computer programming or computer science knowledge is needed.

The course meets the technology requirement and its previous iteration has hosted students from Adult Learning, Psychology& Counseling, English Education, Arts & Humanities, TESOL/ESL, Curriculum & Teaching, Math, Science and Technology, Public Health and Nutrition, Dentistry, mHealth, International & Trans-Cultural Studies. For more information please contact the instructor Dominic Mentor [djm2123].
