Job Title: Educational Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
 Assist families through the college selection and admissions process
by determining ideal boarding schools/colleges for students to target
 Devise academic road maps for students’ coursework
 Research extracurricular opportunities
 Help students with standardized test preparation
 Review admissions essays
 Teach SSAT/SAT/ACT, reading/writing/history courses
 Develop reading and writing course curriculum
 Support students in various other matters related to the admissions process.

Qualifications Required:
 Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited American institution
 Proven ability to work diligently both autonomously and as part of a team
 Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish rapport with
students, parents, instructors and co-workers
 Enthusiasm about education
 Visa eligibility (non-Chinese citizens): minimum two years
post-baccalaureate work (or graduate school) experience

Qualifications Desired:
 Familiarity with the college admissions process
 Experience in an admissions office
 Cultural awareness, adaptability, and interest in China
 Academic background in humanities
